In 2024, Hanshow Spain S.L. was established in Madrid as part of Hanshow's continued expansion across Europe.To match the rapid growth of our business in Europe, we are actively recruiting for Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Engineer(m/w/d).

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide technical support throughout implementation, deployment, and production.
  
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer requests.
  
• Deploy, configure, and maintain software, Linux/Windows systems, network equipment, and ESL devices.
  
• Develop and configure ESL display templates according to customer requirements.
  
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Delivery, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to support project implementation and customer success.
  
• Deliver technical training, documentation, and on-site support when required.
  
• Travel to customer sites when necessary.
  

Who are we looking for:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or a similar technical role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems, networking, MySQL databases, and Java or Java-like programming languages.
  
• Experience with software deployment, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
  
• Excellent command of Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Chinese would be a plus.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  
• Willingness to travel when required.
