Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multicultural Customer Service team in Barcelona!

This is a complex role, which means you need to be organized, communicative and able to interact with different stakeholders (customers, logistics, manufacturing and service representatives).

Your primary focus will be managing and processing sales quotations while taking ownership of the customer journey throughout the complete quote-to-cash process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial request through delivery and payment.

• Managing customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, for example:
  
  • 
    
  • Order creation based on input from clients and field sales representatives
    
  • Input and tracking of repair and calibration requests
    
  • Managing product changes, exchanges, or returns
    
  • Monitoring end-to-end order process status and ensuring timely closure
    
  • Resolving questions related to invoicing requirements, contract administration, and lease management
    
  
  
  
• Interfacing with a variety of different parties, including customers, sales teams, logistics, manufacturing, and service technicians, to efficiently execute customer requests
  
• Resolving problems by applying established policies, procedures, and best practices while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  
• Determining and developing new or improved approaches to processes or tasks to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  
• Exercising sound planning, prioritization, and judgment when managing customer requests and business priorities
  
• Solving a broad range of customer service challenges varying in scope and complexity while delivering high-quality outcomes
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
  
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a complex, fast-paced customer service, order management, customer support, or sales support environment
  
• Positive, proactive, xghoner and customer-focused attitude, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, ensuring data accuracy, operational excellence, and a high level of customer satisfaction
  
• Proven ability to proactively resolve complex issues while balancing customer needs and business objectives
