As a Marketing & Sales Trainee, you will support strategic projects related to commercial development, sustainability and internal engagement, while building strong project management and communication skills.

What will you do?

• Support project management activities related to Ops Council and cross-functional initiatives.

• Participate in Water Circularity projects and support cross-selling pipeline tracking.

• Assist with internal communication for ongoing projects (preparing presentations, materials and updates).

• Support coordination of ERG (Employee Resource Groups) activities.

• Collaborate on the creation of marketing and sales materials.

• Provide organizational and administrative support across different initiatives.

• Leverage digital tools and AI solutions (Copilot) to improve efficiency and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or related studies.

• Good level of English (minimum B2).

• Strong interest in Marketing, Sales and Project Management.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).

• Familiarity or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or similar).

• Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, international environment.
