As a Construction Site Foreman, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day on-site operations. You will act as the key link between project leadership, workforce, and external partners, ensuring that every phase of construction meets high standards of execution and safety in Palma.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating, supervising, and controlling all active work on the building site.
  
• Directing site resources, tools, and material workflows efficiently.
  
• Supervising sub-contractors and coordinating their activities with internal operations.
  
• Monitoring work quality, progress, and strict adherence to project timelines.
  
• Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with preventive measures on site.
  

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 
  
• Proven experience in a foreman or site supervisor position within the building construction sector.
  
• A valid driver's license and your own vehicle for mobility.
  
• Mandatory certification in 20-hour Construction Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL 20h).
  
• Official Preventive Resource (Recurso Preventivo) course completed.
  
• Vocational training (FP) in construction, building, or civil works is highly valued.
  
• Additional management or site supervision training is considered a plus.
  

What the position offers:

• Full-time dedication of 40 hours per week.
  
• Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 8:0 AM to 6:0 PM.
