Brand Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Brand Accountant to join our team at La Roca Village and support the financial management of our portfolio of luxury brand partners.

In this role, you will contribute to the accurate and efficient management of revenue reporting, lease administration, invoicing, bank guarantees, budgeting, forecasting and accounts receivable activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and brand partners, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance and operational excellence across the Village.

What you'll do:

• Maintain lease information and contractual terms within financial systems.
• Support revenue reporting, invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor outstanding balances and support collection activities.
• Manage bank guarantees, including tracking renewals and expiry dates.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities for rental income and sales-related reporting.
• Perform month-end closing activities, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Build strong relationships with Brand partners and collaborate with Retail, Commercial and Finance teams.
• Support audits and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and leverage technology and AI tools.

Who you are:

• Experienced in Accounting, Finance Operations, Revenue Accounting or Lease Administration.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable working with financial data, reporting and large datasets.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Financial Operations.
• Experience in retail, real estate or shopping centre environments is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or similar.
• Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
• Ability to review and interpret commercial lease agreements.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve processes and operational efficiency.
