About the Role

Our client, a well-regarded financial services firm in Madrid, Spain, is looking for a motivated Financial Advisor to join their team. This role involves offering tailored financial advice and wealth management strategies to a wide range of international and expatriate clients. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional financial advice and bespoke wealth management solutions to clients
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships through exceptional service standards
• Conduct thorough financial reviews and comprehensive fact-finding discussions
• Develop customised financial plans addressing investments, pensions, and protection needs
• Provide guidance on cross-border financial planning and international investment opportunities
• Assist clients with UK pension transfers, QROPS arrangements, and expatriate tax strategy
• Maintain full compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• UK-recognised financial advisory qualifications (DipPFS, CISI Level 4, CFP or equivalent)
• Minimum 2-3 years of client-facing experience in wealth management or financial advisory
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, and wealth management strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience working with expatriate or cross-border clients preferred
• Commitment to professional development and regulatory compliance
