Senior Project Manager

🌍 Would you like to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project?

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, managing the migration of four independent environments into a single target tenant (scaling to 4,000+ users). You will oversee project delivery, manage internal and external resources, track budgets, and align with C-level stakeholders across identity, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

🔹 Overall delivery management and schedule tracking for the M365 tenant consolidation project.

🔹 Detailed planning, wave scheduling, and execution management of cutover activities.

🔹 Steering internal and external project resources, including vendor performance and commercial management.

🔹 Budget tracking, risk and dependency management, and regular executive reporting to CTO/COO level.

🎯 Must‑Have Requirements

🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience leading M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations or large-scale IT infrastructure projects.

🔹 Proven track record in wave planning, cutover management, and multi-stakeholder project environments.

🔹 Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

🔹 Fluent English communication skills, German is a plus.

🔹 Availability to work outside standard business hours during cutover windows (evenings/weekends).
