• Manage multiple software implementation projects from initiation to delivery
• Apply a proven project methodology when collaborating with clients, third parties, and SD Worx
• Monitor and report on project scope, budget, and timelines
• Coordinate and support multidisciplinary project teams
• Facilitate recurring meetings and adapt to dynamic, non-standardized processes
• Ensure knowledge is shared across the team
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, solving problems and adapting to changing needs

Требования

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Solid project management experience, ideally in international environments
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors
• Familiarity with dynamic, non-standardized project environments
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Confident leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills
• Flexibility and resilience when facing unexpected challenges
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable using a variety of digital tools xghoner and willing to learn new ones
• Able to work across cultures and borders, with an international mindset and willingness to travel
