**Who we are
**Role Purpose:To support the management of the commercial relationship with 1-2 of Vodafone Business International’s (VBI) large strategic accounts with combined TCV up to €25M pa.

Responsible for ensuring VBI is delivering on all of its contractual obligations on these accounts, and for delivering incremental value for these customers and for VBI.##
**About this Role
****Key responsibilities and decision ownership:
*** Responsible for execution of all of VBI’s commercial contractual obligations over the life of the contract
* Seen by customer and VBI leadership as trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
* Facilitation/Co-ordination of commercial contract governance boards (as required)
* Support the production of internal executive briefings on commercial performance of managed accounts and implement recommendations to grow value in accounts and differentiate VBI from competition.
* Support senior stakeholders in case of potential or actual escalation (management briefings, presentation, costs analysis, options / recommendations)
* Collaborate with relevant counterparts in Sales, Legal, Solution, and OpCos’ organisations to maximise profitability of the managed accounts##
**What you’ll do
****Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
*** Excellent relationship builder, with the necessary personal impact to build credibility with customers, account and senior Sales managers
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at a senior level with customers and internally
* Experience of developing and negotiating compelling commercial propositions and/or managing complex telco/outsource contracts
* Demonstrable knowledge of Commercial Contractual issues and their impact
* Skilled in using Microsoft 365 and AI to create personal tools and collaborate on team tool development
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and delivering to customer goals##
