Задачи

• Lead daily client presentations, manage proposals, and channel feedback to ensure service excellence
• Coordinate strategy, creative, social media, and production departments across projects
• Supervise budgets, invoicing, contracts, and SOW tracking to ensure profitability and deadlines
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and detect new client needs
• Negotiate and coordinate with external suppliers, influencer agencies, and other strategic client partners
• Control always-on projects and special activations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective execution

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams working with social media
• Genuine interest in social media, emerging trends, and new content formats
• Patience, flexibility, and diplomacy for managing expectations and resolving conflicts constructivelyAbility to combine operational budget management with a strategic view of the client's businessIntermediate-high English level and ability to hold fluent conversations in professional environmentsPrevious experience coordinating teams and aligning creatives, managers, producers, and other contributorsResults-oriented xghoner approach and ability to identify service improvement gapsУсловия
  • Offices are located in Poblenau, Barcelona
  • Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:30
  • Intensive schedule every Friday and special summer hours
