• 
  
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of DevOps practices across 70 distributed Software Teams located in Europe and America, working in close coordination with the central team of technical experts.
  
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of DevOps tools, processes and procedures across distributed software teams.
  
• Coordinate activities related to security tools and vulnerability remediation, ensuring that identified actions are properly understood, assigned and followed through to completion.
  
• Coordinate the configuration and implementation of applications according to established software and DevOps best practices.
  
• Coordinate the implementation of automated test suites and related testing practices within the software teams.
  
• Act as a bridge between the central technical expert team and distributed Software Teams, ensuring that technical requirements, actions and expectations are clearly understood.
  
• Organize and facilitate meetings between technical teams whenever technical clarification or alignment is required.
  
• Establish regular follow-up meetings and checkpoints to monitor progress, identify blockers and ensure that agreed actions are completed on time.
  
• Maintain and track action plans, deadlines, dependencies and implementation status across the different teams.
  
• Proactively identify delays, risks and issues and elevate them to appropriate stakeholders when corrective action is required.
  
• Prepare and deliver periodic status reports to senior management, providing clear visibility of implementation progress, outstanding actions, risks and potential delays.
  
• Ensure that software teams follow software development and DevOps best practices throughout the implementation process.
  
• Work with a hands‑on mindset, actively engaging with technical teams to understand issues, clarify requirements and drive actions through to completion.
  

Requisitos mínimos

• 
  
• Proven professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software development or technical environments.
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong technical background in software development and IT environments.
  
• Practical understanding of Software Development and DevOps processes.
  
• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and automation, including automated testing processes and scripts.
  
• Experience working with or coordinating technical/software teams.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical professionals and drive commitment towards agreed action plans.
  
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and activities simultaneously.
  
• Autonomous, proactive and persistent approach to project execution and issue resolution.
  
• Hands‑on and delivery‑oriented mindset, with a strong "get‑it‑done" attitude.
  
• Ability to work from Barcelona.
  
• Availability to work 3 days per week in Barcelona.

• Previous experience coordinating large‑scale software teams across different countries or geographical locations.
  
• Experience working with distributed or international Software Teams.
  
• Experience implementing or coordinating DevOps transformation initiatives.
  
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  
• Experience with automated testing and test suite implementation.
  
• Experience with software security tools and vulnerability remediation.
  
• Experience with application configuration and deployment processes.
  
• Experience preparing management‑level status reports and project dashboards.
  
• Previous experience acting as an interface between central technical teams and distributed development teams.
