The loft itself is a modern facility with a focus on green technologies and plenty of space to work on a wide range of interesting projects both big and small.

We are a medium-sized, friendly, and professional team that works closely together to make our loft a rewarding and enjoyable place to work.

Primary Purpose

To carry out refit, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making and composite applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Composite part manufacture using wet layup, vacuum, and infusion methods.
  
• Work on refit projects, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making, and composite applications.
  
• Effective multitasking abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Good hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail.
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Practical-minded and motivated individual with a good understanding of boatbuilding and composite part manufacture.
  
• Well-versed in all resin systems and varying types of foams and core materials.
  
• Experience in pre-preg (not essential but interesting).
  
• No allergies to resins or fibres.
  
• Proof of legal right to work in Spain.
  
• Driving licence.
  
• Flexible schedule; work hours will be based on business needs.
