You will provide direct support, guide residents through their daily routines, and actively detect individual needs to ensure high-quality residential assistance in the local community.

Your core tasks in this role will involve:

• Accompanying individuals, monitoring their progress, and detecting their personal needs.
• Executing direct individual and group interventions tailored to resident requirements.
• Mediating conflicts effectively to foster a safe, positive, and collaborative environment.
• Promoting social and community integration activities within the residential context.
• Supporting general healthcare, social, and care routines across residential services.

What you bring to the role:

• Relevant qualification or training in Social Integration, care for people in situations of dependency, health care, or social services.
• A mandatory valid Class B driving license to ensure mobility and fulfillment of operational duties.
• Immediate availability to step into the position without delay.
• Complete willingness and flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday.

What this position offers you:

• A permanent contract (indefinido) providing stable employment in the private sector in Palma.
• An annual salary of 23,136.72 EUR gross per year.
• A weekly working commitment of 38 hours and 30 minutes (38:30 hours per week). xghoner
