As a Sales Assistant in this children's wear store, your daily tasks will revolve around store operations and customer satisfaction. Your essential duties include:

• Welcoming shoppers warmly, providing expert product advice, and assisting customers with their individual shopping needs
• Processing product sales, operating the cash register, and handling payments accurately
• Receiving, organizing, folding, and continuously replenishing clothing stock on the sales floor
• Ensuring that merchandise displays remain neat, visually appealing, and well-stocked at all times
• Maintaining general order and cleanliness throughout the store premises

To succeed in this role and deliver high-quality service, you need strong communication skills and a reliable mindset. The necessary qualifications for this job include:

• Native command of both Catalan and Spanish (strictly required)
• Previous professional experience in textile or fashion retail is highly valued
• Intermediate English level is considered a plus to assist international customers in Mallorca
• Enthusiastic attitude toward customer service and attention to detail

This position offers a permanent contract under the fixed-discontinuous modality with a commitment of 25 hours per week. You will work from Monday to Saturday, operating on rotating morning or afternoon shifts.
