We're looking for a Field Sales Coordinator & Data Analyst to become a key partner to our Retail and AFH Field Sales teams. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting commercial performance, and helping sales teams perform at their best across multiple channels.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure effective communication between Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and other departments.
• Analyze large volumes of sales data from store visits, promotional plans, and displays, turning information into clear reports and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare sales performance reports and business reviews for stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue Sales Development, and Sales Leadership.
• Manage sales databases, ensuring accuracy of promotional plans, assortments, sales routes, and store information, while serving as the key contact for sales tools support.
• Partner with Key Account Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Representatives to evaluate store execution, promotional effectiveness, and POS materials, driving improvements when needed.
• Support category management objectives and coordinate promotional activities, including POS materials, stock levels, innovation placement, and free cases.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses, root cause investigations, and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Champion sales technologies within the Field Sales team and collaborate with HR on quarterly sales force incentive results.

Who we're looking for

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, sales support, or similar roles, ideally within FMCG or retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with CRM systems and sales databases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
