Microsoft 365 Engineer with focus on Microsoft Teams / ECM (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Engineer and maintain Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services with a focus on security, availability, and reliability

• Administer, support, and configure enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments

• Support and optimize Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications infrastructure

• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 and Teams-related technical issues

• Contribute to the development and expansion of the Axpo Microsoft 365 and Azure platform

• Support the transition from on-premises environments, such as Skype for Business, to Microsoft 365 cloud services

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online

• Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator Associate, or Teams Administrator Associate are an advantage

• Understanding of IT security principles and a risk-based security-by-design approach

• Experience with OnPrem Skype for Business infrastructures and ideally SIP/SBC solutions such as Audiocodes

• Strong hands‑on mindset, collaborative approach, and enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies

• Proficient English skills; ideally, you also have some knowledge of German
