Customer Success Manager (Italian Market) - Centric Shoppingfeed

Location: Alicante, Spain (preferred hybrid model: 3 days/week in office) Alternative: Full remote may be considered for particularly strong or specialized candidates. Solution Focus: Shoppingfeed Region: Southern Europe (Primary focus: Italy)

At Centric Shoppingfeed, we help online sellers publish their product catalogs on marketplaces and digital marketing platforms across Europe and the United States. Every day, we provide our clients with the support they need to successfully sell on marketplace platforms such as Amazon, ManoMano, Zalando, and AliExpress through our integration and optimization software. At the same time, we help them promote their products through digital advertising campaigns on channels such as Google, Facebook, Awin, and Criteo to attract high-quality traffic to their eCommerce websites. To help customers maximize value from our platform and build long-term loyalty, we created our Customer Success team. This department operates at the intersection of Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing, helping merchants achieve their business goals while providing valuable customer insights to internal teams.

To provide dedicated support and strategic guidance to our growing customer base in Italy, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (Italian Market) - Centric Shoppingfeed to join our Alicante office.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical assistance to merchants via phone and ticketing systems in the daily use of the Centric Shoppingfeed platform.
• Ensure merchants and brands fully understand and utilize all features offered by our solution.
• Respond to customer questions and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison with the technical support team when merchant issues go beyond functional support.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and strategic advisory.
• Serve as a trusted partner to merchants and brands in the Italian market, understanding their business objectives, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Help customers optimize their revenue according to their needs, business sector, and market opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to support the continuous improvement and development of the platform.
• Maintain a very low churn rate and identify opportunities to increase revenue within the assigned customer portfolio.

Required Skills

• Educational background in Marketing, eCommerce, Languages, Communication, Technology, or a related field is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to quickly learn collaborative platforms such as Slack, Zendesk, Planhat, HubSpot, and similar tools.
• Languages Italian: Fluent (required). Native or near-native proficiency strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of the Italian business and eCommerce landscape.
• Spanish: Fluent (required).
• English: Fluent (required for communication with international Centric Shoppingfeed and Centric Software teams).

Additional Languages (Nice to Have) Portuguese FrenchProfile

• We are looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys challenges and teamwork, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ideal candidate is empathetic, curious, agile, organized, proactive, commercially minded, and capable of working autonomously.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued: Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS environment.
• eCommerce platforms, online retail, or digital marketplaces.
• Digital marketing, product feeds, or performance marketing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian eCommerce, marketplace, and digital marketing ecosystem.
• Previous experience with marketplace integrations or the Centric Shoppingfeed platform is not required, but would be considered a strong advantage.
• A good sense of basic mathematical logic and an interest in the technical side of software are essential to quickly adapt to the platform.
