Marketing & Business Development Specialist - German Speaker (m/w/d)

We are a German holding company operating across the construction and real estate industry – based in Berlin. Marketing and business development for the entire group is run centrally from Barcelona. We're now looking for someone to help us build that out.

What to expect

You'll take care of email campaigns, lead research, initial outreach to target clients, sales materials and website management. No rigid job description – if you have good ideas, you bring them in and make them happen. Creativity and an open mindset matter a lot here, as we're building this area from the ground up.

What you bring

• Native-level German (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or both
• You live in Barcelona or are happy to relocate
• A self-directed working style and a genuine drive to build something
• Experience with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Brevo, Mailchimp or LinkedIn Sales Navigator xcskxlj
