As a Product Manager within the Creatives Products team, you will help define and deliver the next generation of creatives focused technology at Smadex. Working alongside the Director of Creatives Product, Product and Engineering teams, you will drive the roadmap for products that help advertisers create, automate, optimise and measure high-performing creatives across Mobile and Connected TV.

This position is based in Barcelona (hybrid).

Role's tasks and responsibilities

• 
  
• Own the strategy and execution for one or more Creative Products, driving innovative ideas, features and capabilities that improve creative performance, efficiency and user experience.
  
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Designer to prioritise development, define requirements and deliver high-quality products that align with business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with Creative Strategy, Creative Solutions, Commercial, Operations, Machine Learning and Data Science teams to identify opportunities and translate customer needs into product features.
  
• Define product requirements, success metrics and experimentation plans, making data-driven decisions about what gets built and measuring business impact after launch.
  
• Represent Creative Products across the business, clearly communicating product vision, roadmap, priorities and feature development to stakeholders.
  
• Stay at the forefront of AdTech, AI, creative technology and emerging industry trends, identifying opportunities to shape the future of creative automation and optimisation.
  

Role's skills and requirements

• 
  
• 3+ years' experience in Product Management within SaaS, AdTech or another technology-driven environment.
  
• Experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation through delivery and iteration.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs and make evidence-based product decisions.
  
• Excellent written communication skills with experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and collaborating with technical teams.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align multiple teams around a shared product vision.
  
• Comfortable working closely with Engineers, Designers and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  
• Passion for solving complex user problems through technology and great product experiences.
  

Preferred

• 
  
• Experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech or another real-time bidding environment.
  
• Understanding of creative production, digital advertising formats or campaign workflows.
  
• Experience working with AI-powered products, automation platforms or machine learning features.
  
• Familiarity with experimentation, product analytics and hypothesis-driven product development.
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL or experience working with data to support product decisions.
