Senior Project Manager

Would you like to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project? We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, managing the migration of four independent environments into a single target tenant (scaling to 4,000 users). You will oversee project delivery, manage internal and external resources, track budgets, and align with C-level stakeholders across identity, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices, and enterprise applications. Responsibilities Overall delivery management and schedule tracking for the M365 tenant consolidation project. Detailed planning, wave scheduling, and execution management of cutover activities. Steering internal and external project resources, including vendor performance and commercial management. Budget tracking, risk and dependency management, and regular executive reporting to CTO/COO level. Must‑Have Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience leading M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations or large-scale IT infrastructure projects. Proven track record in wave planning, cutover management, and multi-stakeholder project environments. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) Fluent English communication skills, German is a plus. Availability to work outside standard business hours during cutover windows (evenings/weekends). Remote From Spain ⚡ Flexible working hours Why join this project?
