The SaaS Implementation Consultant supports software implementation and integration projects, helping translate client business requirements into technical and functional solutions and contributing to successful project delivery and client transition to Support.

• Support implementation and integration activities for client projects.
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical and functional solution needs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation with guidance from senior team members.
• Build and support integration components within Statement of Work specifications.
• Participate in technical workshops, client meetings, and implementation activities.
• Assist with multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of integrations and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and support project delivery.
• Communicate project updates and technical information internally and externally.
• Support successful client transition from Implementation to Support.
• Track project activities and support timelines, reporting, and project controls.

Success in this Position:

• Support client projects with accurate technical and project documentation.
• Contribute to reliable integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
• Help deliver smooth client implementations and transition projects successfully into Support.

Position Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementations, technical consulting, or SaaS environments.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTTPS communications, SQL, XML, APIs, and database concepts.
• Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish are essential.
• Professional communication skills and a client-facing attitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with eProcurement, Supply Chain, Contract Lifecycle Management, or ERP systems.
• Exposure to systems integration, SaaS software implementations and AI tools.
• Travel flexibility of approximately 10–20%.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
