We have been operating in Spain for more than six years, initially in Barcelona and later expanding to Madrid, from where we lead major technology projects both nationally and internationally.

One of our clients, a leading international end client, is currently looking to strengthen its HR team.

The company operates as a central platform providing technology, processes, methodologies, and best practices, with a strong focus on efficiency and delivering outstanding results.

It is a highly consolidated group with operations in multiple countries and has experienced significant growth over recent years.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience within an international environment, with a strong HR generalist background.
• Previous experience working in high-volume and fast-growing environments is highly valued.
• Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level in both languages).

Mission of the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations across the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, including onboarding, employment contracts, employee records, Social Security registrations, and coordination with payroll providers.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Partner with external benefits providers and support ongoing benefits initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.
• Support recruitment and selection processes when required.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to support business growth and employee engagement initiatives.
