As an awarded Employer of the Future, we are seeking a dedicated Rental Sales Agent for our landmark project MÍO PALMA in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new tenants and successfully marketing around 200 modern rental apartments. Your key responsibilities

• 
  
• Acquire new tenants and manage incoming rental inquiries and screening
  
• Coordinate and conduct on-site apartment viewings in Palma
  
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: creation, extensions, modifications, and terminations
  
• Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, as well as organize maintenance and repairs
  
• Manage online real estate portals and implement strategies to maximize occupancy
  
• Work proactively with operations, marketing, and technical teams
  

What you bring to the team

• 
  
• Experience in sales, ideally within the real estate or property rental sector
  
• Solid understanding of tenancy law and current legal standards
  
• Good command of German, Spanish, and English
  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus
  
• A result-oriented, self-driven work style combined with strong teamwork skills
