Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant – Supply Chain Management, you lead our agile project teams to accelerate our customers’ digital transformation and drive Celonis’ international expansion. You identify our customers’ strategic priorities – particularly in end-to-end supply chain and operations processes – and lead your project team towards developing data-driven process insights and actions to ensure that customers receive maximum value. You always leverage the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning.

Requirements

• 4+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution/Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting within Software Vendors, Consulting firms, or System Integrators, ideally with exposure to supply chain or operations domains
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (data models)
• Strong knowledge of data-related languages ( SQL required , other programming languages such as Python are a plus)
• A strong appetite for value-driven approaches (KPI definition, business case calculations, value realization approaches) and data topics (Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining)
• Understanding of supply chain processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, production planning, logistics, or inventory management ) and related financial metrics; knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is xghoner a strong plus
• Willingness to develop deep expertise on the Celonis solution through continuous learning
• Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers across supply chain, operations, and IT functions
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable program
