YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the seasonal planning process across Full Price Retail, E-Commerce and Outlet channels, ensuring the right product and stock levels are available to achieve sales, margin and sell through targets.
• Translate seasonal strategies into commercial buying and inventory plans by closely collaborating with Buying, Allocation, Retail Regional Managers and Merchandising teams.
• Drive monthly rolling forecast and WSSI planning across channels, continuously optimizing sales, margin, stock levels, intake and OTB performance based on current trading and future demand.
• Analyze weekly business performance and proactively identify commercial opportunities and risks across categories, product groups, channels and regions.
• Lead weekly trading and performance meetings together with Regional Managers and key stakeholders, translating insights into clear actions to maximize business performance.
• Determine inventory requirements and support buying decisions based on sales trends, performance analysis, stock positions and forecasted demand.
• Develop and execute promotional and markdown strategies across channels to achieve revenue, sell through and stock targets while protecting profitability.
• Monitor stock flow and inventory health across channels, identifying opportunities to leverage stock between different channels to maximize sell through and profitability.
• Build, improve and maintain reporting tools, dashboards and deep dive analyses to support data driven decision making across the business.
• Work closely with cross functional teams including Buying, Allocation, Retail, Finance and Marketing to ensure aligned commercial strategies and execution.
• Challenge existing ways of working and actively contribute to process improvements, reporting automation and smarter commercial decision making.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related study field.
• You have experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, Demand Planning or a similar analytical commercial role within fashion or retail.
• Advanced Excel skills (reporting and handling big data amounts, executing pivots and other analysis).
• Excellent retail math and analytical skills with a strong link to translate to product.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal in English.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Experience working with senior leadership and the ability to build strong relationships across the business through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Shows innovation by challenging existing processes and practices to drive the business forward.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate data and performance insights into actionable business decisions.
• Experience working with WSSI, forecasting and trading processes is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic retail environment with multiple stakeholders across channels.
