Join our Spanish team – either on‑site/hybrid in Barcelona or Madrid, or flexibly remote from within Spain.

Your Responsibilities

• 
  
• Identify target clients and prospect organizations within defined industries
  
• Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to engage key decision‑makers
  
• Qualify leads based on business needs, security maturity, and buying readiness (ideally following MEDDICC)
  
• Schedule meetings by booking discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  
• Communicate cybersecurity value in a clear and compelling way to early‑stage prospects
  
• Maintain CRM accuracy
  

Your Experience

• 
  
• Strong communication with confident objection handling and clear messaging in both Spanish and English language (C1)
  
• Discovery & active listening to uncover needs and qualify prospects effectively
  
• Cold‑calling resilience with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
  
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) with disciplined pipeline and activity management
  
• Meeting generation through consistent outbound prospecting and structured follow‑up
  
• Sales mindset: competitive, results‑driven, team‑oriented, with basic MEDDICC understanding
  

Salary Band

€28,000 – €40,000 gross annual salary (full‑time), plus up to 20% variable compensation.
