We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the German Speaking Support Specialist – Night Shifts position in Bulgaria, a role designed for those who excel in dynamic, high-stakes environments. Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to German-speaking clients, ensuring high satisfaction ratings in the fast-paced Customer Support Services sector.
Efficiently resolve complex inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure accurate data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and elevate critical service trends or recurring product challenges.
Proactively manage high-volume queues while maintaining professional communication standards and brand excellence.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support documentation, FAQs, and internal service guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product developments and specialized service protocols.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation for our German-speaking jobs.
Previous experience in a Customer Support Services environment is highly valued.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality client support.
