German-Speaking Account Executive - Remote in Spain

Work Model: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.Flexibility and availability aligned with the US time zone are valued, especially duringonboarding.

Gross Salary: 30,000 EUR gross per year base, plus uncapped variable commissions.

Relocation: No relocation support provided; candidates must already reside in Spain.

About the Position

As an Account Executive, focusing on the German market. This hybrid role inMadrid involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions, for aleading e-commerce search technology company. You will be instrumental in driving growthand achieving key performance indicators.

• Comprehensive training is provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month.
  
• This is a permanent contract position.
  
• Enjoy 22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between December 24th and31st, and Friday afternoons off.

• The hybrid work model (50%) is available after reaching at least 70% of the sales target.
