Job Description

You lead the planning, integration, and optimization of tooling and equipment solutions within manufacturing. You ensure CAPEX investments, equipment readiness, and engineering execution align with operational goals.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians in tooling and equipment engineering
  
• Plan and manage CAPEX investments for tooling and equipment projects
  
• Oversee procurement and delivery of equipment aligned with specifications and timelines
  
• Allocate resources and coordinate schedules across multiple engineering projects
  
• Provide technical guidance on equipment design, selection, and process improvements
  
• Approve updates to engineering work instructions and technical documentation
  
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment upgrades and maintenance
  
• Ensure accurate tracking of tooling inventory and support new product introductions
  

Experience Requirements

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or engineering leadership
  
• Strong knowledge of tooling, equipment integration, and CAPEX processes
  
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and supplier relationships
  
• Proven ability to solve complex technical and operational challenges
