The Opportunity
Our client is a major international food manufacturer with a significant, established business built on two production origins, supplying private label, branded and premium products to retail, foodservice and industrial customers across close to 45 countries worldwide.
Increase sales volume over the next three years. This is a newly created leadership role, giving the successful candidate genuine ownership of the strategy, the team and the P&L from day one, including a refresh of packaging, labelling and go-to-market positioning.
Given the confidential nature of this search, the identity of the business will be shared with candidates who progress to the next stage of the process.
The Role
As Head of Commercial, you will take full commercial ownership of the business outside the GCC region, leading a team of regional sales professionals and acting as the key link between production capability and global market growth. You will report directly to the CEO of the division.
