A fast-growing international company is looking for a German-speaking Sales Team Leader to join its Barcelona-based sales organisation and lead a team of approximately 6--8 Sales Consultants focused on the German market.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, sales coaching, KPI management and day-to-day sales performance within an international and multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 6--8 Sales Consultants.
  
• Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, conversion and customer communication.
  
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, conversion rates and sales targets.
  
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  
• Identify performance gaps and implement clear action plans.
  
• Support the team in managing sales opportunities and maximising conversion.
  
• Help the team maximise conversion from qualified leads and existing customers.
  
• Support renewals and upgrades when required.
  
• Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
  
• Work closely with Sales Management to improve processes, productivity and overall team performance.
  
• Create a positive, accountable and target-driven team culture.
  
• Lead by example and remain close to the team's day-to-day sales activity.
  

What we're looking for:

• 
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing or leading a sales team.
  
• Previous hands-on experience in B2C or B2B sales, ideally in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
  
• Strong ability to coach, motivate and develop salespeople.
  
• Comfortable managing KPIs, targets and performance.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
  
• Results-oriented, structured and proactive mindset.
  
• Comfortable providing constructive feedback and managing performance conversations.
  
• Fluent German.
  
• Good level of English.
  
• Already based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
  
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is a plus.
