A day in the life

As a Waiter / Waitress at Aleia, you'll be part of a passionate Front of House team dedicated to delivering an exceptional Michelin-star dining experience. Every service is an opportunity to create unforgettable moments, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence.This is a permanent full-time position offering two consecutive days off every week, providing a healthy work-life balance.Working alongside an exceptional team, you'll contribute to delivering refined, personalized hospitality that reflects the standards and philosophy of Aleia.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism and attention to detail
  
• Create memorable and personalized experiences for every guest
  
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list and daily offerings
  
• Prepare and maintain the dining room to the highest standards
  
• Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure seamless service
  
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with confidence and discretion
  
• Maintain impeccable presentation and uphold Michelin-level service standards
  
• Follow all hygiene, health and safety procedures
  
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and respectful team environment
  

Must have

• 
  
• Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant is highly preferred
  
• Excellent command of English (spoken xghoner and written) is essential
  
• Spanish is valued, and any additional languages are considered a strong advantage
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  
• Impeccable presentation, attention to detail and a professional attitude
  
• Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid visa/work permit that allows them to work legally in Spain
