Team Leader - Sales Inbound UK

At Randstad, we are currently looking for a Team Leader - Sales Inbound UK to join a leading cruise company in its sector, as part of the company's growth and expansion program.

As Sales Team Leader you will lead our sales agents in a dynamic, international sales environment.

Your mission will be to coach, motivate and develop your team while driving sales performance, conversion and revenue, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Your Impact

• Lead, coach and motivate Sales Agents through daily feedback and performance support.
• Monitor team performance across sales, conversion, upselling, revenue, productivity, CSAT and quality KPIs.
• Provide real-time coaching on consultative selling, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Support agents with complex customer situations and high-value bookings.
• Identify performance gaps and implement actions to improve sales results and individual performance.
• Manage real-time team operations, including breaks and intra-shift adjustments.
• Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Regional Management, Quality and WFM teams.

Your Journey so far

• 4 years of sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Previous Team Leader experience is a plus, but strong leadership potential is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong commercial mindset and coaching skills.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, OTA, cruise or complex-product sales is an advantage.
• Native-level UK English required; additional languages are a plus.
