HR Analyst

A 360° role where you'll combine HR operations, recruitment, and day-to-day office management at our Barcelona office.

Your mission

You will be the go-to HR person at our Barcelona office: someone resourceful, approachable, and organized who supports teams throughout the full employee lifecycle and ensures the office runs smoothly. Your role blends the strategic with the operational — from attracting talent to ensuring legal compliance and a great day-to-day work environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different profiles and teams.

  
  

• Prepare and review employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and Social Security registrations.

  
  

• Coordinate and deliver the onboarding program for new joiners in Barcelona.

  
  

• Act as the main HR point of contact for local employees and their day-to-day queries.

  
  

• Monitor Spanish labor regulations and ensure compliance across people processes.

  
  

• Liaise with external labor advisors or legal counsel on payroll and contract matters.

  
  

• Manage the operational needs of the office: spaces, vendors, supplies, and services.

  
  

• Anticipate the needs of the local team and propose improvements to the employee experience.

  
  

• Support culture, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives for the Barcelona office.

  
  

What we're looking for

• 
  

• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR roles — ideally as an HR Generalist.

  
  

• Experience in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, interviews, coordination with hiring managers).

  
  

• Knowledge of Spanish labor law: employment contracts, Social Security, registrations and terminations.

  
  

• Organized, proactive, and strong communication skills.

  
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.

  
  

• Advanced English (international work environment).
