How You’ll Make an Impact

• 
  
• Incorporation of new entities
  
• Coordination with local external counsel
  
• Registrations with public authorities and regulators
  
• Support to the Board and the Corporate Secretary on corporate governance matters.
  
• Supporting the incorporation of companies and branches in new jurisdictions
  
• Coordinating document collection with external advisors
  
• Maintaining corporate books
  
• Powers of attorney and shareholding structures
  
• Preparing and filing corporate resolutions and minutes
  
• Managing corporate calendars and formal obligations before registries and local authorities. xghoner
