Content Team Lead

• Content Team Lead (for tutorials) in the Content team
• You’ll own how Hostinger’s tutorials get made - at speed, at quality, and at scale
• From running the end-to-end production pipeline and setting the quality bar to developing a team of writers and editors, you’ll be the person who turns SEO’s planned topics into published tutorials that help millions of people succeed online
• You’ll work closely with the SEO team and report to the Head of Content
• Own the end-to-end tutorial production: pipeline, team, schedule, and throughput
• Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs: plan team capacity against the production calendar and deliver against it
• Track throughput, spot bottlenecks early, and resolve issues before they escape
• Set and document the quality bar for all tutorials: human-written and AI-generated, and make sure your team delivers it
• Manage, develop, and give regular performance feedback to a team of writers and editors
• Identify skillset gaps: close them through hiring, onboarding and developing the people you already have
• Build a self-sufficient team that makes decisions without you
• The Tutorials team creates and maintains practical, high-quality content that helps millions of people build, manage, and grow their online presence with Hostinger. We combine content expertise, SEO, product knowledge, and AI to make complex topics clear and genuinely useful for our readers
• We’re continuously experimenting with new tools and workflows to improve how we produce content at scale, so everyone on the team has the opportunity to contribute ideas, challenge existing processes, and help shape how we work
