Senior Strategy Consultant (3-5 years of experience)

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Strategy Consultants to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Our clients include technology firms, regulatory authorities, public institutions, and more.

Main Responsibilities

As a Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors.
• Identifying key challenges and proposing structured, actionable recommendations.
• Presenting strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborating effectively with multicultural teams.
• Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writing.

Profile Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic performance. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia and/or reside there for certain periods, with accommodation and other related expenses covered by the company.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence will be very positively valued and will be a key differentiating factor in the selection process (further detail in the section below).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy/management/business consulting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level required).
• Proficiency in Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
• A valid work permit for Spain is required.

Artificial Intelligence – Valued Competencies

Provided the minimum requirements specified above are met, candidates with demonstrable AI knowledge or credentials will be given strong preference in our selection process. The following will be considered as positive differentiators:

• Certifications or courses in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or AI applied to business from recognised institutions or platforms.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in a professional context (e.g. prompt engineering, AI‑assisted analysis, or AI‑driven workflow automation).
• Participation in AI‑focused programmes, bootcamps, or industry events.
