Are you a native English speaker with a passion for sales? Join an international company in Madrid and take ownership of the full sales cycle in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Employment Type

Full-time | Permanent


Your Responsibilities


  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct client meetings and manage free trial processes.
  • Hand over new customers to the Customer Experience team after subscription.
  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 80–100 per day).
  • Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions, and recurring revenue.

Working Schedule


  • Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
  • Friday: 09:00–15:00
  • Availability aligned with US time zones is appreciated during onboarding.


Requirements


  • Native or bilingual English (US accent preferred)
  • Must already reside in Spain
  • 1–6 years of commercial experience (Sales, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or call center)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. xghoner
