**Your Responsibilities
*** Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
* Ensure optimum sales levels are met
* Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
* Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
* To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
* Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
* Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers
**Your Profile
*** Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
* Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
* Excellent communication and 'people' skills
* Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
