Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Director for Continental Europe, you will be responsible for developing the sales strategy to achieve growth in Spain and Portugal, leading a team of field-based sales agents to achieve set monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets. You will support the team in achieving their targets, working closely with the Marketing team and Customer Service function to drive growth across the region.

Role Requirements:

You will have a track record of success in a similar role in Spain and/or Portugal with the ability to demonstrate successful experience in achieving sales targets in a field-based sales role, ideally within the fishing industry. Proven experience of managing a team is required, with the ability to coach and mentor team members. As well as managing a small team, you will also be responsible for several customer accounts therefore, fishing knowledge is essential. Alongside excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, some working knowledge of Italian is preferable and you will also possess strong IT skills.

What we can offer:

As this role is field-based in Spain; travel will be required to various locations across the given territories and sometimes other parts of Europe, therefore a clean driving license is required. You will be provided with a fully expensed Company vehicle and travel expenses will be reimbursed as needed. xqbhyrx
