What You Will Do In This Role

As a Fashion Consultant On Our Team, You Will

• Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complain regarding our Client
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Escalate potential service issues
• To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
• Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

• Are bilingual or proficient in French plus advanced English
• Are goal and customer service oriented
• Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration.

What's In It For You

In this role, we offer benefits that help support your unique lifestyle:

• Shift: 39 hours/week:
• Monday to Friday: from 08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one shorter day per week leaving at 16 p.m. to accommodate the 39-hour workweek.

or

• Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with one short day per week (to complete the 39 hours), starting at 12:00pm

In addition, employees may be required to work up to two Saturdays per month on a rotational basis, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a compensatory day off during the week.

• Salary 19.623 euros gross/year + up to 2.440 euros gross/year in bonus
