As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting clients by managing their orders, providing guidance, and assisting with first-level technical and product-related inquiries. You’ll work on-site in a vibrant office environment, engaging with clients via CRM systems and SAP tools. Location: Barcelona, Spain Language: Dutch, French Start date: ASAP Your Role Handle incoming customer calls using the CRM portal Create quotations and process orders through the SAP system Communicate delivery timelines and manage expectations Provide product guidance based on catalogue-level knowledge Deliver first-level technical support and help customers identify the right solutions for their needs Your Profile Fluent or bilingual in Dutch & French, with advanced English skills High school diploma or equivalent (minimum required) Interest in technical topics and a willingness to stay on the project long-term (2+ years) Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and commercial awareness A business-focused mindset to support effective engagement with customers What Is Offered Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours/week): Competitive base salary with annual performance bonus Fully paid training and onboarding process Career development support with specialized courses and upskilling programs Modern office located in Barcelona, easily accessible and close to key amenities Relocation Relocation payment 500EUR paid after 1 month of start
