Position: Sonic Audit Specialist - Spanish
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI training data in Spanish by auditing multilingual transcription and forced alignment tasks.
• Review and judge transcriptions for accuracy, applying error codes and providing rationale for decisions.
• Verify and correct audio segment timestamps to ensure alignment with spoken words.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model training and data quality.
• Work independently with flexible hours to complete tasks with precision.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native command of Spanish as spoken in Spain.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Experience in transcription, subtitling, localization, or linguistic annotation.
• Ability to apply a disciplined rubric consistently.

Preferred

• Prior experience in AI data annotation or model evaluation.
• Background in phonetics or linguistics.
• Experience with audio editing or waveform tools.
