For our station in BCN - Spain, we are currently looking for: Sheet Metal Worker

Details

• Shift Schedule: Rotating 6-on / 4-off shifts
  
• Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
  

Role Purpose

• 
  
• Support certified personnel in the preventive and curative maintenance of aircraft, verifying the correct operation in accordance with the regulations of both the aeronautical authorities and manufacturers.
  

Key Responsabilities

• 
  
• In collaboration with certified personnel: Responsible for manufacturing, assembling, installing and repairing sheet metal components used in aircraft and aerospace equipment.
  
• Guarantee the structural integrity and safety of the aircraft, work on metal parts that make up the structure, wings, control surfaces and other essential components of the aircraft.
  
• Sheet Metal Fabrication: Cutting, shaping, and molding sheet metal using various tools and equipment, such as shears, brakes, rollers, and specialized machinery, to create aircraft components. according to plans and engineering specifications
  
• Reading and interpretation of aircraft plans
  
• Follow company MOE procedures and customer procedures during assigned maintenance task.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• High school leaving certificate /Diploma
  
• Courses and training that accredit formations in the field.
  
• EWIS, FTS and HF current, ability to work nights and weekends.
