Experteer Overview In this role you lead on-site health and safety across Castellón or Alcúdia projects, ensuring robust Hu0026amp; S implementation. You work closely with management, engineering, and commissioning teams to guide safety throughout the project life cycle. You act as the main customer contact for Hu0026amp; S matters, driving compliance and clear communication. You will develop and measure Hu0026amp; S performance, stopping work when hazards are imminent and coordinating safety actions with all parties. This opportunity lets you shape a safety-focused culture within a large energy project organization.

• Advise on implementing Hu0026S procedures and provide support where needed
• Review Hu0026S Plans submitted by parties on site
• Coordinate Hu0026S measures by multiple parties on site
• Ensure compliance with safety decisions from meetings and inspections
• Maintain relationships with on-site parties and ensure their personnel are trained
• Develop metrics to measure Hu0026S effectiveness and disseminate requirements
• Stop work if imminent danger exists and hazards are mitigated
• Review incident investigations and ensure Hu0026S training
• Compile and report Hu0026S statistics to project management and customer
• Support commissioning team to facilitate safe commissioning activities

Responsabilidades

• Senior Technician in occupational risk prevention
• Solid knowledge of occupational risk prevention and applicable legislation
• Strong analytical skills to identify and evaluate risks
• Excellent xqbhyrx written and spoken English and Spanish
• At least 5 years’ experience in occupational risk prevention, especially in energy projects
• Training in electrical risk, working at height, first aid, emergency response, and confined spaces
