We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead to take ownership of our Iberian market, driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and further establishing Westernacher as a trusted SAP transformation partner in the region.

This is more than a sales leadership role. It is an opportunity to build, scale, and lead a strategic market within a globally respected SAP consulting organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and execute Westernacher's growth strategy across Iberia
• Build pipeline, win new business, and strengthen our market presence
• Develop trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and SAP
• Represent Westernacher in key customer and industry engagements
• Own revenue, pipeline, profitability, and overall market performance
• Drive deal strategy, negotiations, and successful customer outcomes
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Support team growth and talent development
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Westernacher's values

Your Skills And Experience

• Proven experience in SAP consulting sales, business development, or market leadership on the Iberian market
• Track record of growing revenue, building pipelines, and winning strategic accounts
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
• Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of SAP solutions and digital transformation trends
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel as required
