What you will do

As an SDR at Triple, you open the door. You find the banks and fintechs that should be talking to us, get the right person into a first conversation, and hand a qualified opportunity to the AE team.

• Building and prioritising target account lists across European banks and fintechs, using AI agents for research and enrichment so the list is never stale
• Running outbound across LinkedIn, email and phone, with messages that are personal because you did the work, not because a template says so
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking meetings for the AEs
• Building your own tooling: prompts, agents and workflows that take the repetitive parts of prospecting off your plate, so your time goes into the conversations
• Keeping the CRM clean and the handover sharp, so nothing is lost between first touch and first meeting
• Travelling to events and conferences to meet prospects in person
• Hitting your pipeline targets: qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated for the Sales team

This is a role with real growth potential. You'll work directly with the AEs and the founders, you'll see how a deal with a bank actually gets done, and the path from SDR to AE is short and open here. If you build the outbound engine, you'll be the obvious person to run it.

What you need

• 1-3 years in outbound B2B sales or business development, or a clear record of hitting meeting targets
• Fluent English. Spanish or another European language is a plus
• You already work with AI every day. You use it to research accounts, draft and iterate outreach, and automate the boring parts, and you can show us something you built
• You write short, sharp messages that people actually answer
• Comfortable with data: you can read a pipeline report, see what isn't working and change it
• Curiosity about how banks work on the inside, especially payments, disputes and fraud. Banking or fintech experience is a plus
• Organised, resilient, and comfortable with a number over your head
