The project!

As an International Sales Specialist for AWWG, you will support sell-in and sell-out execution for PJL, Hackett, and Façonnable across the DIS & EM territories, helping manage showrooms, process orders, and track progress against sales targets. You'll gather and organize market and customer data to feed into seasonal business plans led by the Area and Marketing teams. You'll help ensure product assortments align with local market needs, flagging trends and customer insights to the relevant teams. Overall, you'll be a key support point connecting global brand strategy with day-to-day sales activity in your region.

What will the role entail?

• Support the preparation and execution of sell-in and sell-out plans for PJL, Hackett, and Façonnable across your assigned DIS & EM markets, helping to reach agreed sales targets.
  
• Assist with showroom management and sell-in preparation, helping process pre-book and at-once orders in line with commercial strategies set by the Area Manager.
  
• Represent the brands with partners and customers, contributing to sales, distribution, and brand image objectives in your area.
  
• Collect and organize sell-out data from distributors, franchise, and key accounts, helping translate insights into seasonal business plans for the Area, Retail, and Marketing teams.
  
• Take part in regular marketplace visits and customer meetings to stay close to local market needs and trends.
  
• Provide input to the Design and Development teams on product and market needs, helping ensure assortments align with local demand and the International Strategy Plan.
  
• Help apply sales processes and company procedures consistently, flagging opportunities for improvement to the wider team.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• At last 1 year of experience in a Sales/Showroom/Commercial role.
  
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. French will be highly valued
  
• Knowledgeable in Excel. Knowledge of SAP will be highly valued.
  
• Great communication and interpersonal skills. xghoner
