Job Description

• Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across multiple service environments.
• Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of operational leaders and department heads.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling and deployment of large operational teams.
• Ensure seamless delivery across premium hospitality, events, VIP services and general admission operations.
• Control departmental budgets and deliver strong financial performance.
• Monitor and optimise labour costs, productivity and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with culinary, logistics and commercial teams to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service standards, operational processes and guest satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a highly operational hospitality professional with experience managing complex, high-volume environments. Key requirements include:

• Significant leadership experience within hospitality, food service, hotels, resorts, large-scale leisure venues, entertainment venues or premium catering operations.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations and guest experience management.
• Proven experience leading large teams within fast-paced operational environments.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets and P&L performance.
• Exceptional people leadership and team development skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing operational demands.
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong operational focus.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
