In this role you will oversee 3P carrier partnerships and optimize the Europe-wide pickup and returns network to boost AMZL flow into 3P pickup points. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer journey, implement data-driven improvements, and deliver cost-efficient operations for a seamless end-to-end experience. You help shape the network strategy, focusing on convenience, speed, and reliability to delight customers. This position offers a chance to influence the scale and quality of our pickup ecosystem across Europe.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage commercial carrier relationships and network performance across Europe, serving as the primary point of contact for partner engagement and escalations
• Coordinate with AMZL operations to ensure seamless flow of Amazon Last Mile volume into third-party pickup point networks, identifying and resolving friction points in the handoff process
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and eliminate pain points throughout the pickup and returns journey
• Drive cost savings and operational efficiency through advanced data analysis, identifying opportunities to optimize network topology, capacity utilization, and service delivery
• Implement systematic improvements to customer touchpoints, reducing defects and improving key performance metrics across the network
• Analyze performance data using SQL and advanced analytics to uncover trends, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, procurement, and marketing to deliver integrated solutions that improve the overall customer journey
• Support contract negotiations and service level agreements to ensure optimal rate structures and service conditions xghoner

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above
• Experience with project management
• Experience with SQL and advanced data analytics tools
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
• Proven ability to manage third-party partnerships and vendor relationships
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels
• Experience driving cost reduction initiatives with measurable financial impact
